Archer Napa Hotel: the catalyst
The Planning Commission has unani-
mously approved the construction of the
Archer Napa Hotel. This is good news [...]
I don’t even know where to start or how to say thank you for all you have done. For knowing absolutely nothing about the Houston area, you guided us thru this whole process beautifully. Each time we talked I felt like I was talking to a friend. I feel you...
We want to thank you for all the time you put into helping us find our new home. You had to take us to a lot of homes, but you were able to fit them all in and we were able to find one we liked. You also went above...
You are a great agent and we are fortunate to know you.
We are enjoying our new home immensely. Thank you again for your expert attention to our needs during the purchase.
Thank You ! Thank You ! Thank You ! For all your hard work in helping us find the perfect house!
To summarize our story, we had interviewed 3 real estate brokers as we made plans to sell our home. Like some potential sellers, we had not yet decided where we wanted to move. Before we had chosen a realtor, Pam and I decided to see a house in Longwood. The...
…I was very eager to write this letter… I contacted you through the internet for certain properties that attracted us. Something about you gave me the urge to visit Texas, and view these properties you emailed us. Well, your communication with us over the internet is what really got us...
Our family of 6 recently relocated to Houston from Illinois and were blessed enough to have Jenna as our relocation specialist. Jenna went above and beyond her call of duty to meet our needs and make sure we were happy and aware of what each area we were looking in...
I am writing you this letter in reference to the quality job one of your agents, Jenna D’Amico, performed during the listing of our home. From our very first meeting, my wife and me were thoroughly impressed with Jenna’s professional approach to selling our home. She was prepared with ample...
Jenna was absolutely outstanding for lack of a be5er term. There are real estate agents that actually know what they are doing, and there are individuals that acquire real estate licenses and then pretend to know what they are doing. During the search for our house search we dealt with...
Experience Houston. Houston is the fourth largest city in the US, with nearly 600 square miles of diversified land, and it has a little bit of everything for someone.
Houston has plenty of history, lakes and waterways, the ocean, community spirit, diversity, sports, indoor and outdoor activities, and amazing food sure enough to please the pickiest foodie.
Houston is a huge oil and gas market and even has an “energy corridor”. Energy companies are currently building new state of the art facilities in the Northwest and North areas of Houston. With all the oil and gas jobs comes growth and the creation of wonderful areas/communities to live in. The Northwest area of Houston, which includes Cypress, Tomball, Spring, Magnolia, and The Woodlands, is growing leaps and bounds with the addition of a new Grand Parkway to connect Northern Houston together and allow easier access for commuters. New restaurants, shops, movie theaters, parks are popping up and making the suburbs feel a little more urban.
Houston has a terrific year around climate. I think of it as a good mix between Florida and the Northeast. We still have seasons but they are not as drastic, so those of you that like the cool temperatures, will usually get plenty of it during the winter. This wonderful year around weather is perfect for outdoor activities all year long such as cycling, running, boating, gardening, and plenty of league activities for children as well.
Houston has a plethora of art galleries, museums, theater events, a wonderful zoo, and a wide variety of festivals to please everyone. It is a wonderful place to live, enjoy, be a part of a community.
Although I am not a native Houstonian, I have been here over a decade now and enjoy being part of the wonderful Houston community. It has some of the top medical centers in the country and I proudly volunteer for Memorial Hermann as well as a local non profit called Cancare. My husband and I rescue and foster dogs for two amazing rescue groups and I stay active participating in local triathlons, cycling and running events. Houston is a wonderful place to live and experience all that it has to offer.
